Baranwal Builders was established in 2022 by visionary founders Krishna Baranwal and Seema Baranwal, following their return to India after over two decades in the United States. During their time abroad, the couple successfully built and managed a respected healthcare company based in Michigan. Their leadership and commitment to excellence in the healthcare space laid the foundation for their approach to real estate: establishing relationships quality, trust, and people-first values in both organizations.
Upon their return, they decided to channel their entrepreneurial energy and deep-rooted connection to their homeland into building homes and communities that blend modern design with everyday livability.
Their real estate journey began with a plot purchased in 2010 at J-57, Sector 84, Faridabad. What started as a vision has now become a beautifully constructed four-story builder floor, known for its smart layout, elegant design, and thoughtful craftsmanship. This project marked the beginning of their hands-on approach to real estate-every detail, from architecture to interior design, every aspect is overseen with utmost care.
Over the years, Baranwal Builders has expanded its presence, with strategic investments in residential plots across Delhi NCR and along the Yamuna Expressway. These carefully chosen locations reflect the Baranwals’ forward-thinking investment approach, focused on both lifestyle potential and long-term value. Currently, the team is working on one of their most exciting projects yet: Lotus Farms, a 22-acre farmhouse development in Bahadurpur, Alwar (NCR, Rajasthan).
This project is designed to offer a tranquil, nature-rich environment just a short drive from the city, ideal for those seeking a peaceful weekend retreat or a lifestyle change closer to nature. In a first for luxury farmhouse living, Lotus Farms will also feature a dedicated temple within the community, offering residents a space for spiritual connection and peace.
